What we access

When you connect, Google gives Crawnix Warm-up access to your Gmail account (read, compose, send and organize) and your basic profile (name and email address). We use it only to run the warm-up circle you joined.

What we do with it

  • Find the specific warm-up messages that circle accounts sent you, by their message ID.
  • Move them out of Spam or Promotions, mark them read and important, and archive them under a "Warm-up" label.
  • Send short replies to circle accounts in those same conversations.

What we never do

  • Read, scan, store or analyze any other email in your account.
  • Send email to anyone outside the warm-up circle.
  • Sell, share or transfer your data, or use it for advertising or to train AI models.

Storage

We keep your email address, first name, the date you joined and an encrypted Google access key. Message contents are not stored. Our records of warm-up messages hold subjects, message IDs and where they landed (inbox, spam or promotions).

Leaving and deletion

Remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the tool notices on its next run and stops. To have your record deleted as well, write to roguecoachteams@gmail.com.

Google API Services

Crawnix Warm-up's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
