Warm inboxes.
Every day.
A private circle of real inboxes that open, rescue and reply to each other's mail, so the addresses we send from build a good name with Gmail.
How it works
Three steps, about a minute
Get a personal invite
Someone in the circle sends you a link. Each link works once, for one person.
Connect with Google
Sign in on your own phone or laptop and approve. You never share a password with anyone.
Nothing else to do
A few short messages a day come and go in the background, archived under a "Warm-up" label so your inbox stays clean.
Your inbox, your rules
Exactly what it touches
What it does
- Finds the warm-up messages that circle members sent you, by their exact message ID
- Moves them out of Spam or Promotions, marks them read and important, archives them under "Warm-up"
- Sends a short reply in those same conversations now and then
What it never does
- Read, store or analyze any of your other email
- Email your contacts or anyone outside the circle
- Sell or share your data, use it for ads or to train AI
Questions
Why does Google say the app is unverified?
Google's full review is meant for public apps with thousands of users. This is a small invite-only tool, so it skips that review. So the warning stays, but the access you grant is exactly what this page describes.
Will my inbox fill up?
No. You get a few short messages a day at most, and each is archived under a "Warm-up" label within minutes.
How do I leave?
Remove "Crawnix Warm-up" at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The circle stops using your account on its next run.
